Josh Farmer is the Broker/Owner of Camber Property Management in Oklahoma City. Josh started his property management and leasing career in 2007 with a Dallas, TX-based company. In 2008, he was promoted/asked to move to OKC begin a branch of the company from the ground up. He quickly grew the branch from zero to over 1,000 properties. During that time he honed his skills in working with tenants, vetting vendors, studying market trends and leasing/marketing, becoming familiar with local tenant/landlord laws and more.
In 2016, the company was acquired by a Fortune 500 company and Josh started out as VP - Operations and eventually became Regional Vice President - Property Management for the company. Throughout this time Josh oversaw 28 markets throughout 15 states with approximately 100 employees.
After working on such a large, regional scale he is excited to bring his experience and vision to Oklahoma City investment property owners and residents in search of quality rental homes.
Camber Property Management is a member of NARPM and National Association of Realtors. Josh is a Broker in the state of Oklahoma and owns multiple single-family investment properties of his own.
